When a customer asks AI who to call, does it say your name?
More people now ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI for a local recommendation instead of searching. The answer names two or three businesses. We check whether you're one of them, and show you exactly what to fix if you're not.

How it works
Free check
Three questions your customers ask, put to three AI assistants, live. You see whether they name you and who they name instead.
Baseline audit
Ten questions to six assistants, plus your Google profile, reviews, directory listings and website. You get a score out of 100 and every fix, most important first.
Fix and track
Make the fixes yourself or have us do them. Every month we ask the same questions again, confirm what's fixed, and send you a report showing what moved.
What we look at
AI assistants decide who to recommend from what the whole web says about you, not just your website.
- Six AI assistants
- ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Mode, asked the way your customers ask.
- Google Maps and your Google profile
- Where you rank for your trade and suburb, and whether your profile is claimed and complete.
- Reviews
- How many, how recent, whether they mention your services and suburbs, and whether you reply.
- Directories
- Yellow Pages, True Local, hipages and a dozen more, and whether your details match everywhere.
- Your website
- Whether it names every service and suburb, answers common questions, and lets AI crawlers in.
- Who else mentions you
- Local sites, lists and articles, which AI trusts more than what you say about yourself.
Being known isn't the same as being recommended
Businesses neither assistant recommended averaged about 11 reviews. Most were still known to the AI. It just picked someone else.

Questions
What is AI search, and why does it matter for a local business?
More people now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot or Google's AI 'who's good for X near me?' instead of scrolling search results. The assistant answers with two or three names. If yours isn't one of them, that customer never sees you.
How is this different from SEO?
SEO is about ranking in a list of links. Being recommended by AI depends on what the whole web says about you: your Google profile, reviews, directory listings, other sites that mention you, and whether your website answers customers' questions in plain words. There's overlap, and our fixes help both.
Does it work for my industry?
If customers find you locally, yes. The questions we ask are built from your services and the suburbs you serve, so a physio in Noosa and a mechanic in Caloundra each get questions their own customers would ask.
Can you guarantee AI will recommend me?
No one can. AI answers change day to day. What we can do is measure where you stand, fix what the data shows is holding you back, and track the trend every month so you can see it working.
What does the free check actually do?
It asks three AI assistants three questions your customers would ask, live, and checks your Google Maps position. It takes about a minute. We store your details only to send you the result and follow up if you ask us to.
Do I have to sign a contract?
The audit is a one-off. Track and Grow are month to month, with a 3-month minimum on Grow because the fixes take that long to show up.
